That's a really interesting question, I'd say it's the actual photo shoot because it is where I get to interact with the model, but it's also the stressful part, making sure that everything with the shot is OK.

not from concentrate.
:iconfemketje:
the shoot itself i guess :)
but mostly i do all the work by myself, so i have to like everything about it XD

Post production, for me, is much more relaxing. I love getting excited about taking photos, but after running around for a while, I really can't wait to sit down and think about finishing the pictures.

I like doing both... but I like the post processing a bit more than the shooting because there are endless opportunities in editing photos :)

I enjoy both but the PHOTOSHOOT is DEFINITELY where it's at. That's where the magic happens. If you get it wrong there, the post processing doesn't matter.

why the fuck for the first 3 years of my life my parents were teaching me how to walk and how to talk if now all they want from me is:'sit down and shut the fuck up'?

I say both, but I'd probably like the photoshoot a lot more if I wasn't hurrying to get it done for a class half the time.

I used to be able to come up with cool sigs... *Sigh* But not anymore...

For me, they're two completely different experiences.

The shoot is all about celebrating the model, to some extent. Capturing the image, the back-and-forth, the rapport.
The processing is more of a solitary thing, that's very detail oriented, and it's about making everything look its best.

They kind of go hand in hand, but, I like both equally. The only thing that could sway me is the fact that shooting takes less than a second, whereas it takes several hours to go through all of those images I shot in less than a second. (also, being so focused on the minor details of an image kind of dehumanizes the model after a while).

no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.

photoshoot! because it's much more fun to have people around you and share/execute ideas :)
when editing my photos i need to be in a creative mood; but i'm always when taking photos.
